A special note about Air Center One, NZ ( NZAA) is in order. Their FBO and handling was the best experience of the trip. Robin Leach,and staff did a great job at taking care of our every need. Their facility is very nice, with ample room to park a BBJ. Robin’s advice on our proposed flight to NZQN was second to none. His experience in aviation as a pilot is reflected in the beautiful facility and staff knowledgeable of those needs important to pilots, and passengers. We intend to use Air Center One again on our next trip to Auckland. Thank you all for all of your help on our very successful South Pacific trip.

Please thank Maree for the fantastic smoked trout.  It made for a fantastic return flight……….. 43,000 feet, coffee and fresh smoked trout and creamed cheese on crackers !!!! Truely fantastic. Also a huge  thanks for taking us over to the Duty Free area. Thanks again for making our ( short) stay superb.

Thanks to the Air Center One FBO team in Auckland for helping us make our flight last week such a success. The feedback received from passengers was very positive and this was in no small part due to the professionalism and high standard of service provided by your team in AKL.

We operated on time ( actually a somewhat early departure) – even though we made last minute changes to the schedule which increased the pressure on all, the team was more than willing to be flexible and delivered accordingly. A special thanks to Maree who was pleasant, responsive and professional in all dealings with Alliance staff, passengers and other suppliers. In todays competitive environment, this helps us provide an edge over our competitors so that we obtain repeat business.
