All arrivals and departures at completed at our secure, private corporate jet terminal which features a VIP passenger lounge and discrete on site Customs, Immigration and Quarantine priority clearances.

The Air Center One FBO is a New Zealand Government approved Customs Controlled Area and Bio Security Area equipped with an x-ray machine for non-invasive arrival baggage inspection by Customs and Quarantine inspectors

Our brand new remodeled VIP lounge offers passengers expansive views to the FBO ramp area and the approaches to Runway 23L together with satellite TV, free wireless internet, complimentary refreshments.

A boardroom is available in the FBO equipped with white board and computer facilities for private business discussions, meetings or media interviews.

Our preferred ground transportation contractors provide the security of late model vehicles well versed in the requirements of the premium traveler market.

Air Center One also operates a fleet of premium vehicles for ramp transfers, transfers to local area hotels and to the domestic and international terminal buildings.

Arriving by Commercial Airline?

With our personalised “Meet and Greet Service” our Customer Service Concierges will welcome you off your scheduled airline flight right at the airbridge, escort you through a priority lane and transfer you and your luggage to the Air Center One private Jet terminal to connect with your charter flight or meet your tour guide to start your exciting visit to New Zealand.

On departure we can transfer you from your airline at the Domestic Terminal, or your corporate flight /charter arriving at the Air Center One FBO, to priority check in for your scheduled airline flight and escort you to the airline business lounge.
